At FABscribe, we follow a two tier system of quality checks where each report passes through stages of proofreading and editing. Our team of editors and transcriptionists are experts in medical verbiage and realize the importance of accuracy in a transcription report. They regularly cross check with medical dictionaries and relevant text. If still there is a doubt about what is being dictated, the report is referred to a senior editor. The senior editor determines whether to fill in what she hears or make a note for the client on the log sheet to verify. This process ensures a very high level of accuracy.
